Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  • Store pickup is available, free of charge
  • All ships urgently 24 hours (peninsula) and 48 hours (Baleares). We can not guarantee these delivery, although we try to make the transport undertaking meets whenever possible.
  • Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in each and every one of the products offered. For orders that include multiple items make a unique shipping and delivery time will correspond to the item whose delivery is greater.
  • The customer will have 24 hours to check the integrity of all components of the request and to verify that it includes everything you need on the products covered. After these 24 hours will be accepted for shipment and claims for damage or failure will not be accepted with shipment.
  • Order shall be deemed delivered when the delivery receipt signed by the customer. It is within the next 24 hours, the customer must check the goods upon receiving them and expose all the objections that may exist.

 

All shipments, provided that the country of destination admits, include:

  • Insurance value for 500 €
  • Certified Proof of Notice of Receipt
  • In exports, management of Single Customs Declaration (SCD).
 

Be construed as export shipments to countries outside Spain and the Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla.
